Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of The Consolidator Network platform at theconsolidatornetwork.com and any associated services (together "TCN"). By creating an account or purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use TCN.

1. Provider

The service is provided by The Consolidator Network ("TCN", "we", "us"). For any legal or contractual question, contact legal@theconsolidatornetwork.com.

2. The Service

TCN provides an online educational and mentorship platform focused on the acquisition and consolidation of privately-held businesses. It includes a 10-step framework, downloadable resources, direct messaging with a mentor, community access (upcoming), and, at higher tiers, live sessions and deal-review support.

TCN content is educational. Nothing on the platform is financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Business acquisitions involve substantial financial and legal risk. You are solely responsible for your own due diligence and for engaging qualified professional advisors.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
  • You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
  • Notify us immediately at legal@theconsolidatornetwork.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Membership Tiers and Pricing

TCN offers three tiers:

  • Beginner — EUR 190 billed every three months. Access to Steps 1–2, community, and introductory 1-on-1 session.
  • Intermediate — EUR 390 billed every three months. Access to Steps 1–6, regular mentorship calls, deal review, and advanced templates.
  • Expert — application-only, custom pricing agreed in writing. Access to all 10 steps, weekly 1-on-1 sessions, and direct co-piloting.

Prices are shown in euros and are exclusive of any applicable VAT, which is added at checkout where required by law. Payments are processed by Stripe. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes do not affect the current billing period.

5. Auto-Renewal and Cancellation

Paid memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the Manage Billing area of your profile (opens the Stripe Customer Portal). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you retain access until then. You will not be charged again after cancellation.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA Consumers)

Under Article 6:230o of the Dutch Civil Code, EU/EEA consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of purchase, without giving any reason. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days of the withdrawal notice.

Important: if you access digital content or member-only material (such as advanced steps, templates, or scripts) during the 14-day period, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that this waives your right of withdrawal for that content, in accordance with Article 6:230p sub e of the Dutch Civil Code. To exercise the right of withdrawal before accessing paid content, email legal@theconsolidatornetwork.com with the subject line "Right of Withdrawal".

7. Refunds Outside the Withdrawal Period

We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods once the 14-day withdrawal period has ended or has been waived under section 6. If we materially fail to deliver a paid feature, contact us and we will work with you in good faith to correct the issue, credit your account, or provide a pro-rated refund at our discretion.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials or resell access to TCN.
  • Copy, redistribute, or republish TCN's templates, scripts, playbooks, videos, or written content outside your personal use.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the platform.
  • Use TCN to send spam, harass other members, or engage in illegal activity.
  • Misrepresent your identity or credentials in the Expert-tier application.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, templates, frameworks, code, brand, and design on the platform are owned by The Consolidator Network or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use them for your own business activities during your active membership. You may not sublicense, sell, or redistribute this material.

Content you submit (messages, applications, waitlist entries, daily logs) remains yours. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to operate TCN.

10. Risk Disclosure

Acquiring businesses involves substantial risk of financial loss. TCN's frameworks and mentorship do not guarantee any particular outcome. Historical examples and case studies are illustrative and not predictive. Before executing any acquisition, we strongly recommend that you engage independent legal, financial, and tax advisors qualified in the jurisdiction of the target business.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access without refund if you materially breach these Terms, engage in fraud, violate laws, or abuse the mentorship or community. Where practical, we will notify you first and give you an opportunity to cure the breach.

You may terminate your account at any time by emailing legal@theconsolidatornetwork.com. Deletion is subject to legal retention obligations described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Availability and Changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, improve, or discontinue features. If we discontinue a paid feature you rely on, we will refund the pro-rated remainder of your current billing period.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch and EU law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of TCN is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, loss of profits, lost business opportunities, or damages resulting from third-party services (Stripe, Supabase, Vercel, Resend). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud, gross negligence, or intentional misconduct.

14. Warranty Disclaimer

Except as required by law, TCN is provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Consumer statutory rights under Dutch law are not affected.

15. Dispute Resolution

Please first contact us at legal@theconsolidatornetwork.com so we can attempt to resolve the issue informally. If informal resolution fails, EU consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you in your country of residence.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email and in-app at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
