3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Membership Tiers

Access to certain features depends on your membership tier (Beginner, Intermediate, Expert). Paid memberships are billed quarterly. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, templates, scripts, frameworks, and materials on the platform are the intellectual property of The Consolidator Network. You may use them for personal purposes only and may not redistribute or resell them.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Consolidator Network is not liable for any business decisions, financial losses, or outcomes resulting from the use of our platform. All business decisions are made at your own risk.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam.
